      Cons

      Poor management, continuous re-structuring and serial exit of executive level employees. Poor client management and lack of visibility into offsite contracts lead to loss of lucrative contract(s).

      Cons

      Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
