      Not much can be said in a positive light.

      Cons

      The CEO is crazy. The company does not care about its employees unless you are one of the favorites. The pay is below average for the industry.

      Our CEO is definitely crazy - crazy about the care and well-being of our people! Under Alba's direction, the company continually goes above and beyond in support of employees. It doesn't matter if it's a government shutdown, pandemic crisis, response to social injustice, or the health of an employee or family member, Citizant is here for it's employees and readily responds. That all being said, we know that Citizant may not be a fit for everyone and we wish you well in your future endeavors!

      Pros

      Good opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility. Employees who are motivated and adaptable can gain valuable experience across a variety of programs and operational areas. Advancement opportunities are available for strong performers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
