Pros

If you need a good base pay to jump into another company, then this is the place to be! Employee engagement events are conducted throughout the year.

Cons

The worst management by far. Too many manual entries although it's a technology company. A lot of favoritism amongst managers, HR's and your appraisal completely depends on that. So instead of working hard it's better to have a good hold over the upper management and HR from your start. Too many HR/Recruitment people for a 1000 employee strength company and they work nothing for the benefit of employees. Policies are changed at the drop of a hat. Onsite policies are the worst and employees are not given any chance to voice out their concerns over it. Onsite HR has no voice though they are a 5 member team for a few onsite employees. Overall projects are not that great. Skill mapping is completely ruled out.
