Pros

1) Your contributions are acknowledged and appreciated. I have received multiple awards. 2) Officially adopted hybrid work model – 8 days in the office per month. 3) Recent collaborations with multiple brands for external certifications, providing great opportunities for skill development. 4) Regular interactions with the CEO, who addresses questions from all employees, regardless of their position. 5) As a growing company, there are numerous opportunities to establish a long-term career here. 6) The culture they've built is fantastic. I call it CT Culture. You never feel like you're working under a bossy environment, and everyone is easily approachable, regardless of their position.

Cons

1) Promotions do not come with salary increments; only annual appraisals are given. 2) Recently, the salary increment percentage has been reduced by 4-5% compared to the last 3-4 years. 3) There have been cost-cutting measures in various gifting ceremonies, such as birthday celebration vouchers, although Diwali gifts remain a positive highlight each year.
