Pros

Flexible work timings in hybrid settings Offices at major metro cities

Cons

1. Average appraisals this year March 23' was just 3-4% despite crossing predicted revenue mentioned a week before appraisal. 2. Lack of onsite opportunities and forcing visa holders to join offshore projects 3. Declining appraisal and perks. Just 3-4% average appraisal, Closed the process of Christmas gifts and degrades value of Diwali gifts, the chocolate boxes and gifts in Diwali are disappointing (3 years ago it was Esbeda Suitcase whereas this year it's Wildcraft gym duffle bag and chocolates degrades from premium foreign brands to local ones) 4. No Diwali bonus. 5. Changing/Addition of upper level management almost every quarter 6. Client gifted profit sharing isnt distributed fair, comes with a clause to receive the amount after an extra year if you keep working with same client else it's forfeited and whatever you receive is taxable as salary component and not a gift. 7. Notice period extended to 3 months
