Pros

Only Junior Folks get to say something nice about the company

Cons

It is not a place for senior folks. a) No formal approach to winning projects. No open bid policy. Entirely word of Mouth. b) The senior management is only a YES management to the Executive Management. c) There is no focus on business solution bcz it works on piece meal work that comes along. This is more often than not. d) There is very little one can do because the impetus is not on solution. e) The junior folks have complete access to the Executive Management (COO particularly). This is why they like it there bcz they can over rule the middle management. The Executive Management have their own favorites. f) The COO decides the staffing plan and who should be on the project. This is quite ridiculous and not seen any where.
