Pros

Citus will provide good joining salary and then dont expect anything else

Cons

-Appraisals are not done based on your skills or your performance but how well you fawn your manager and leads. Partial Managers who think themselves as absolute dictators if you criticise them then they will be threaten you and if your lucky will be sent to PIP - No growth opportunity if talent pool has assigned you in a non technical project you will never be able to come out of it. - Company will share thier profits among leads and managers and not even given basic opportunities to the team members - Completely wasted my precious 3 years of my life I was promoted and then demoted 2 times. - Worst talent pool ever they assign technical people in non technical work - Everyone will belittle you if your old employee. Teams is full of servile people who will praise the manager for getting apprisal. - Managers dont care for employees and will promote or demote you as they think necessary - CEO gives pompous speach every quarter but never actually cares about employees. - If you want to waste your career for a few years and just earn money this company is your one stop destination. - No actual development/testing project CitiusTech only takes 3rd party projects and who will ask you for non technical work. - No good training are provided if you face any error while training instructor will never clear your doubt but skip to next topic
