Pros

1) The only thing good about this company is that you Receive Diwali gifts. 2) Good for old people around 40-50 yrs of age.

Cons

1) This company keeps on hiring, but don't have projects for people - Just to show to client 2) For freshers- if you have any other job offer with same package. Please join the other company not this. 3) Favoritism at its best. 4) Females Be aware of the higher managements. 5) Company claims to be the best working place but it is not. 6) No salary hikes. Even if you work for 24 hrs you will still get a single digit appraisal 7) No new technologies. If you are lucky enough then you will get it. 8) Company follow no Surprise Policy. But you will get to know today, that tomorrow is your last day 9) HR and Finance team are thieves. They will try to cut your salary on every occasion. They will make mistakes and tell you that it is yours. 10) Canteen prices are too high. 11) Some projects, you need to work for more than 15hrs. 12) Less leaves 8 NH and 2 monthly PLs.

Sometimes requirements are notGrowth and promotion cycles can be slow and not always transparent. Some projects may have high workload and tight deadlines. Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
