Pros

1) Only has offices in Mumbai so no danger of get transferred out of Mumbai. However, they have a few clients in Bangalore and one (rarely) could get transferred there for extended periods 2) A free snack every friday evening 3) Too much red-tape in the name of compliance and processes

Cons

1) Lots of politics - forget about getting promoted 2) Long working hours - some people spend more than 15 hours in the office and also have to come on weekends 3) Lack of exciting projects - most projects offer substandard experience and less challenge and excitement 4) Too much micro-management. The CEO and COO want to decide everything and no one is allowed to apply their brains 5) Almost non-existent transport facilities - good luck trying to go home from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office after 8:45 pm 6) Almost 0 adherence to good practices and processes 7) .Net developers beware - they may hire you and ask you to do testing in Selenium
