> Profile change > Technology change > You think you will be hired for particular technology or work and you will not know before that you will learn something else and start even working or sit on bench > Some people arent supportive in management and try to prove there point rather than understanding opponents view which would be beneficial > Some people dont understand what does it mean by professional environment and dont know how to conduct themselves in professional manner > Though learning is always good but shouldn't expect to perform from the first day of training > Fires people out of managers comments without even cross verifying the employee perspective > Canteen is there but food is worst at times > Sick and no casual leaves > People are given preferences for leading the team rather than checking the performance and skillset > Appraisal is done with partiality with the person but the skills
