In my case, I am a Snowflake developer-Data engineer with DevOps and they had no client for my skill set as they were searching for a client after recruiting me and they had DBT opening at that time so they fit me into a project where I was working in MS Excel and giving data and the integrity in team was so bad and they never complied to SDLC. Where we worked for extended hours and the issue was not addressed to client as they had a fear of missing the client. I asked them to relive me from project as, I never knew what I was working on and being from Investment banking background they were asking me to give process details on Payers market in Health care and they pitched me as I was working in Health care in different domain. I asked them to relive me from project as the technology nor the domain matched, They never had clients for my skill set asked me to learn Databricks and Pyspark. Which I did the clients asked me for hands on experience candidates in those techs and in less than a year I was asked to leave and my bench period was 45 days with 2 months salary.. Rajan Kholi our life is not the same as yours we have commitments to take care of. Your mass hire and fire screws our career, we are not lavishly paid like you. As you are from Wipro and you try to implement all rules which favours only the company and no employee is happy.If you take a survey from the employees they would say you are the best including me for our daily bread. Conclusion: I am jobless for few months and if I clear interviews and go to L2 they ask me. Why I left without offer and in few months and finally my career is screwed. And its not the scenario only for me many were kicked out. I am one of the many out writing this review.
