Benefits are quite good. Flexibility of work in certain department (some with still very old-fashioned set up).
Cons
Layers of senior management constantly delivering nicely worded presentations without substance. Product is full of self centered individuals who are taking credit for other people's work. In London still not many women on higher positions due to boys club mentality.
