      Pros

      Great company to work for. Good compensation, lot of independency, great support from all areas.

      Cons

      Not doing as great financially, so promotions were a little scarce. Very small IT team, so sometimes the work would accumulate, specially since there were over 15 branches and the software support team was composed of only 2 people.

      Pros

      Interesting and positively challenging job. Some very motivated and talented people make it a great team to work with. Very international. Good benefits (health insurance, vacations, sick days, 401K, etc.).

      Cons

      Company is moving slow at several levels and in several areas. Some managers are not held accountable.
