Pros
Ability to grow and take control of your career is unmatched. I've been able to take on new roles and learn new skills I never would've been able to do working for another organization. These skills I'll be able to take with me for the rest of my career and I'm forever greatful.
Cons
I know there are still growing pains post merger, but there is a lot of urgency to make changes and get things moving in the right direction.
