You are sold a lie from the start. “The work is flexible” - Lie, it isn’t, you are expected to be on the phones from 8am to 6pm. “It is not a call centre”. Lie, It absolutely is a call centre. “As a senior you are expected to listen in to junior staff members calls and tell them where they are going wrong”. True, this is a quote from another senior team member. This is not a place to work if you have a values system, based on anything human and decent. There is better out there. Avoid
