Pros
Like any company it's manager/role dependent but generally an environment with high autonomy, ability to work with colleagues across departments and geographies. I was fortunate to have very good managers in my time there. Good culture and team of people in the Technical Support space, and other customer support related functions.
Cons
Ongoing restructures and layoffs in recent years, impacting morale, workload and job security. Sales team and culture could be better aligned to CX and support groups, likely not unique to Cisco.
