Technology turned into business/life-quality values.
Cons
Weak Management made of young and inexperienced people in both sales and people management. Vocal young-people using "informal" feedback to quickly damage people's reputation. Continuous management changes make it impossible for employees to be fairly evaluated, from historical prospective. Young management perceive themselves as "innovative", where in fact, playing consistently "old-Cisco" whenever possible. Promotion of young-managers to demonstrate willingness to innovate, turning into a no-value game and proceeding to cut the older employees horizontally. Consistent promotion of "friends", make it look more like a closed-club, rather than a "family" (as it used to be).
