Pros
Remote job and some great individual contributors.
It’s a good job in theory only.
Cons
Leadership lacked the trust and confidence of most employees, which created significant morale and organizational challenges.
Frequent changes to processes, priorities, and compensation plans made it difficult to execute consistently and plan for success.
There was often a lack of alignment between departments, resulting in inefficiencies and frustration for both employees and customers.
Ethical concerns regarding the treatment of employees, customers, and vendors negatively impacted the culture.
Extremely high turnover, with peoples’ jobs cut on a whim.
Overall, this was the worst work environment I have experienced in my career.
