Pros
No micro-management, you can almost work at your own pace, but it's best to do what you can as soon as you can because work can pile up. Owners are some of the most laid back individuals I have ever worked for. Don't let that mean slack on work. There is room for growth once you find it. They are very employee oriented so that's always a plus. Some work can be challenging but when you complete it, it feels good. Company dynamic is great. Cirrus kind of let you find your own path after awhile, which is interesting.
