      Pros

      Some team members are supportive and cooperative. Got to learn basic concepts at the start. Exposure to pharmaceutical domain.

      Cons

      No proper management or guidance for interns. Roles and tasks keep changing frequently without clear communication. Lack of structured learning or defined responsibilities. Very little support or feedback from seniors. No proper documentation or clarity in work process.

      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros... the entire company is a huge red flag

      Cons

      The management is the worst, specially the HRs and the higher level employe who doesn't really do any work. Increments look like peanuts. There is no proper work culture, everyone wants to pull you down. There is no growth in this company.

      None No Appraisal, delayed appraisal, politics, manager works in two org, poor management, freshers 24 months contract, takes your result, taking advantage of employees.

      Everything, Mental Stablity, Work flexibilty, WFO, Leaves getting cancelled.
