      1. Great Culture. Founders are highly qualified and I can look up to them for advice and support. 2. Employee feedback is listened to and acted upon quickly 3 Challenging and highly rewarding work 4. Any idea that is good for the client is acted upon quickly. 5. Smart colleagues who are great to work with and fun to play with 6. Good product that is getting more traction 7. I get to work on Latest big data technologies and learnt a lot of things on the job

      Enjoyed our trips to Elim Resort and BR Hills. I wish we could go out more often :-)

      Please don't work for this company under any circumstances. The CEO "RAM BHAMIDI" is a toxic, narcissistic bully who creates a hostile work environment. He will constantly micro-manage and criticize employees and has a temper tantrum if things don't go his way. He is very cheap and will do anything to save a buck; it doesn't matter if it's for a client or an employee. I worked for almost two years, and it was the worst decision of my life. I was stressed with no job security. He only takes investor money for his salary and makes a fool of freshers career who has never worked anywhere and makes a fool of a few Asian clients. I was finally forced to quit for my mental health. I would never recommend anyone.
