Community is tight knit and hostile to outsiders, multiple HR issues brought up and dismissed. Contract work hours are used to squeeze maximum labor for minimum pay out of employees. Service workers like Kitchen Staff should prepare to be treated particularly poorly by the well-off staff. Housing quarters are shared and roommates are matched in ways that are often uncomfortable.
