Poor leadership and no future - Anonymous employee Circumference Employee Review

No defined procedures, every employee makes up their own ways of doing things. Senior leadership is uninvolved, but insists they have to be, and doesn’t communicate well. Typically hinders progress. Have to rely on the parent organization to get work done because of how small the team is. Not sustainable long term.
