Pros

The team is young and generally enthusiastic, but often left without proper guidance There is room to step in and fix things (mainly because there is a lack of structure to begin with) Might appeal to people already interested in social media or nightlife culture Suitable only as a short-term stepping stone for interns or very junior staff

Cons

The company lacks any real marketing strategy beyond basic social media posting and they will not support you when you need it No respect for work-life boundaries - employees use their personal phones and be active across multiple work WhatsApp groups at all times (even after hours) Constant staff turnover creates an unstable and stressful environment Leadership is inconsistent and often absent when support is needed, leading to burnout and frustration No meaningful benefits, no investment in employees, and no recognition of the workload expected

- Circulate is almost always only running Social Media Marketing Campaigns rather than 360 Degree Marketing campaigns - Employees are expected to use their private phones and numbers to stay connected on numerous work-focused WhatsApp Groups & Social Media Apps, which can feel privacy-invasive - Extremely high employee turnover - Burnout, lack of support, unstable SLT management - Inadequate onboarding - Zero to little company perks or benefits, like private healthcare
