Provides an entry point into the recruitment industry for those just starting out or on visas, but the experience comes at the expense of your mental wellbeing and may not be worth it in the long run.

The workplace culture is toxic and creates a hostile environment for employees. There are frequent inappropriate comments about women in the office, which go unaddressed. Career progression is non-existent, promotions and opportunities are based on favouritism. Management tends to only take action when issues have already escalated, making any support feel too little, too late. Management is resistant to change and unreceptive to feedback from staff. The negative atmosphere extends beyond management - even the coffee is bad, but unfortunately, that’s the least of the issues.

The leadership team is very supportive, maintains a strong, long-term client base and offer the latest recruitment tech stack. They also host amazing events for clients, candidates, and staff.
