Horrible salary Exploitative demand of work No extra hours worked was valued and hard work wasn't valued Any suggestion was an offense and a reason for an action plan. Any complaint regarding my machine having speed issues had to be correlated with my "lack of capacity" and no effort to replace this machine was done. Job felt that it was simply setting people up for failure given company's cut on costs in other aspects.
