Even as a peripheral part-timer, who works with Circlepoint 1-2x a month, they include me in wellness benefits, helping pay for gym memberships, and opportunities like that. I genuinely feel they try to take care of their people.

I like my manager and my coworkers. They are very nice to work with.

The executive level lacks communication. They made a mistake of overpaying me and asked me for money back. I offered to transfer the payment electronically for safety concerns, but it was not an option. So I mailed the check to the company and shared the tracking number. I mentioned the delivery date and suggested an in-person pick-up. Unfortunately, the expected delivery date was Saturday, and the first delivery attempt failed. They did not bother to check the status but instead asked me for an update. Local USPS did not provide any update afterwards. And we had to go through the hassle of calling their customer service and fetching the mail.
