Pros
CircleIT has been through a lot of changes over the last couple of years, but they have really strong leadership now and a vision for the future. They are changing the ITAD industry, taking e-waste out of landfills and putting devices, such as laptops, into the hands of those that need them. I love working for a company that has a mission I believe in and I really feel like I am making a difference. Additionally, leadership really empowers everyone to do their job, feedback is encouraged and supported, and recognition for a job well done is constant. It's a really supportive, encouraging environment, I plan to stay here a long time.
