Hello, thank you for taking time to leave feedback. While we're disappointed this was your experience here, we wanted to make sure we took time to point out some of the areas we've identified as areas for growth and development. The People team is currently rolling out programs that address learning opportunities (Udemy), growth, and career movement due to similar feedback in the past. In tandem, we're currently working through and launching programs aimed at manager development and creating top manager behaviors that encourage balance, reward and recognition, and high morale.
