It's great. I love it here. I'm forced to keep re-reviewing my own job in order to use this service but I've been here almost my entire adult life, and don't plan to leave so expect more reviews like this.

Great management team. Knowledgable and approachable. Excellent in-house training. Good moral ethics. Best in Manchester (possibly industry commission structure)

Need self discipline to not get distracted by culture. Only for those who want lively team atmosphere.
