Pros

It was flexible to a degree.

Cons

Misclassification of workers. Please keep in mind that Circle Medical has public records in relation to misclassification of workers. You can look up records of California and do your research. They are not what they claim to be, please read what you sign and get someone qualified to read it. Understand the parameters of your work and how you do it and see if you’ve been misclassified. It matters.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that onboarding was smooth and that our remote work model provided flexibility. At the same time, we're sorry to learn that your experience with communication, support, and organizational transparency did not meet your expectations. Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our leadership structure, clinical support resources, and communication practices as we scale. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create challenges, and we are committed to improving. We value the contributions of our team and are dedicated to building an environment where providers feel heard, supported, and connected to our mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
