Cons
Where do I start, for starters, they do not offer break periods. You work 6-8 hours without breaks. At least in SoFlo. The pay doesn’t meet anything in the area. With gas going up and prices all over the place, the raise given was minimal. The benefits that they offer are fantastic if they give them to you. I was supposed to be eligible for daily pay, in the entire time I was employed they never ensured I had access to it. Also, the hourly associates didn’t know what benefits they should have access to. They struggle hiring people. The leadership team that I was underneath of in ft Lauderdale, made sure that the managers were so busy that they couldn’t properly conduct interviews. The culture is so 1995, you know do what I say or else. They are resistant to change. The most rewarding part of working there was the people that I worked with. My trainer, while she was a very sweet lady, was overworked. She could barely handle one store, but because the regional manager was so lazy, he kept piling up stores on her. Also, 2x they didn’t pay me on cycle. I had to make a fuss and then they paid me. I’m still awaiting payment. I do not recommend this place as employment for anyone. This is horrible. They couldn’t pay me enough to go back there.
