Working at Circle K has been a valuable learning experience for me. The role helped me understand retail operations deeply, especially in areas such as lottery sales, food performance, beer and wine analysis, and customer purchasing behavior. I worked closely with store managers and the regional manager, which improved my communication and analytical skills. The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, which is great for someone who wants real retail exposure. Circle K provides opportunities to grow if you are proactive and willing to take responsibility. However, like most retail roles, the workload can be demanding during peak hours.
