Pros

Good compensation. Some free snacks and sweets (a lot of people tend to like this).

Cons

Terrible toxic corporate culture. You're expected to behave exactly as others (i.e. smile and clap when everyone else does at the meeting). The blame culture. Either you blame someone else or they blame you. The actual work and progress doesn't matter. What matters is having others to blame. Tens of hours of weekly pointless meetings. Very high employee rotation. Managers lie why someone leaves company. If you try to change the "status quo" or question anything, you're the team and company's worst enemy. People will take any chance to undermine you behind your back. Most projects are legacy or "legacy by design". It's not a high-tech company. At office you can meet people cutting their nails or squeezing pimples by the desk you might be seating next day.

Pros

Surprisingly Great Access to Benefits. I opened up an HSA and had access to a company sponsored HDHP insurance plan, so it's a legit savings account. Well, they throw the food out at the end of the day, so if you buy anything while you're working there then you're making a mistake. Great work environment, like they can actually sell chocolate bars inside! -- What a bar.

Cons

Well, you can only stay there for so long. I found if you don't try out the deals then your particularly hurtful to customers, the caviot is the food deals are a waste of time. They'll work you if you try the stuff, so just don't try anything.
