Pros
- The new leadership team is fostering a culture of openness and transparency. - People really seem to care about one another. Internal Slack channels are constantly buzzing with people helping each other out. - The opportunity in front of the company is mindblowing.
Cons
- Still in build mode. Lots to do and you need to be ok working in some level of ambiguity. - Lots of hiring across every dept which makes cross functional communication more difficult.
