Occasional bad management and communication of changes

My part-time staff were great! Lots of resources for the program, always had new games and supplies and never a shortage of food.

Management is a nightmare. They do not understand that screaming and yelling is not an appropriate form of communication between professionals. HR made racial jokes to their employees of color. The ED berated an employee for getting worker's comp for on job injuries. Whole management team allowed me to be assaulted by a child with a history of violence towards adults and other children, refused to remove them from the program, and then told me I should've just given them what they wanted. This toxicity starts all the way at the ED and bleeds down through program management. Meetings felt like getting in trouble and interrogation. I've never been so micro-managed and un-supported in my entire career.
