      Pros

      Small business doing big things. The staff know what the Cyber industry needs, and are dedicated to finding and providing people to fulfill those needs. They appreciate their employees to the utmost. The business style is direct and "no nonsense", and family oriented. Great benefits and very competitive salaries. The leadership is solid and the staff are loyal.

      Cons

      There is only the one location.

      Pros

      Proper 'family' atmosphere, not just something management says. As an employee I feel valued and cared for. Management often pushes to give raises, never had to argue or haggle for one. Lots of little things like birthday gift cards and company dinners etc.. make you feel welcome

      Cons

      Small company, so sometimes things can take a while to process etc.. but overall not a major issue
