      This organization represents consultant work-force and markets them to highest bidder.

      Cons

      This organization misrepresents their consultant's and markets their profile to the highest bidder. Even after securing a contractual project, including confirmation of start dates Pay Rate and project commitment, they willingly pull their candidates if a more profitable opportunity arises.

      Decent Consultancy Very transparent with employee Good Pay compare to other small consultancy Their h1b sponsor process is very much transparent GC sponsor process is very much transparent

      Pros

      You might get a chance to work with client projects where you get to work on cutting edge technologies to shape up your career.

      Cons

      Poor management. They treat you well while you are working with client projects; but completely changes when the project ends and happen to be in bench before you get next project assigned. At that time they treat you as a garbage, and provide false information to you. Not recommended to anyone based on the pain gone thro'.
