You might get a chance to work with client projects where you get to work on cutting edge technologies to shape up your career.
Cons
Poor management. They treat you well while you are working with client projects; but completely changes when the project ends and happen to be in bench before you get next project assigned. At that time they treat you as a garbage, and provide false information to you. Not recommended to anyone based on the pain gone thro'.
