Disgraceful company - Anonymous employee Cinque Energy Solutions Employee Review

Not enough staff, managers expecting too much of you. Directors of the business not having any management training or experience so dont know how to deal with people. There are technical people in charge of operational issues which does not work. Bullying and harassment in the workplace. MD of the business is the worst culprit for bullying etc including some of the apprentices so staff do not want to return to the office. Staff turnover is at an all time high because of how they are treated and how the "business" is run. Cowboy run business that tries to act better than that. This company will fail one day, it will not take long for it to collapse.
