      Leadership doesn't know left from right, Business lines are disconnected and backbiting, Founder syndrome has created an environment of God-worship within the organization, A lot of talk about 'all about the people' which fosters an environment of trust and yet the top-heavy management give useless feedback and unreliable performance reviews.

      Cinnaire is a solid organization to work for. The company supports their employees and provides compensation that is above average. There is room for improvement.

      Cons

      Cinnaire still has room for improvement as any other organization does. There is limited upward mobility potential because the company is not huge and senior management is relatively young. People don't leave.
