Pros
Free movie passes. Products have/had potential. As with anywhere, there are some good people.
Cons
Overall toxic environment, as many others have stated already. No onboarding process whatsoever and no previous documentation or resources are made available to you. You're left to figure out everything on your own and there are different processes for everything, depending on who you ask. Job descriptions and company structure constantly change, are poorly communicated, and rarely make an impact. A lot of favoritism, politics, passing of blame with no accountability, gossip, no sense of teamwork. Some director or higher-level employees have their subordinates overworked, all while they themselves appear to be away from their computer for hours at a time, join meetings late or don’t join at all, take calls on the road with numerous distractions, etc. Some are unprofessional and are in over their heads. Raising any concerns to your managers will be brushed off carelessly. Products/services require constant troubleshooting and uptime is heavily reliant on externally contracted technicians. A lot of great people have left for greener pastures or were let go and are rarely ever replaced. Everyone else is left to pick up the slack.
