      You get to keep your job as long as you work like a slave and dont complain. Plenty of butt kissing to get to the top.

      Cons

      Benefits are a joke. If you complain about anything your work load will increase400%, constantly single out, hostile work environment, fired for a fabricated reason, unemployment denied for misconduct.
