      Great atmosphere, great people, work is challenging and interesting

      Cons

      No room to grow, no one watching out for your career path to grow, upper management heavy. The non management jobs do most of the work in some departments.

      Work life balance Nice staff Flexible Areas for growth

      Cons

      The owners are pretty blah. Only care about the money not about making cool projects. Job is overall stale the company is old and not willing to innovate.
