Do you like toxic work environments?? - Account Executive Cindy Riccio Communications Employee Review

Where do I even begin with this "company"? Basically, nothing is ever Cindy's fault. She has zero clue what's going on until a client is unhappy -- then she starts pointing fingers at certain team members without even fully investigating the situation or complaint. Small team = people throwing you under the bus in attempt to save their own self. Management, including Cindy, are very rude, self-centered, and unable to lead; which is why they often resort to being bossy and nasty. EMPLOYEES ARE UNDERPAID. I accepted the same position at my next employer who paid me 10K more than what I was making at CRC. Internships consist of running personal errands for Cindy (ex: picking up her lunch), buying/ordering supplies for the office, taking out the garbage, cleaning up after guests, answering phones, etc. -- NOT ACTUAL PR WORK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Worst place I've ever worked at. Cindy is a horrible example of women in business/women CEOs ad Presidents.
