Pros
Cinder is a good company to begin your tech journey. While the pay was lower than most starting jobs the ability to work at Intel allowed me to learn a lot about the tech world while working at an established company that looks great on a resume. Work/life balance is another big plus as they offer CW roles which top out at 40 hours a week. They also offer fair PTO and Flex holiday pay.
Cons
~ Lower Pay ~ No sick time (must use PTO) ~ At some point (2 years for me) you will outgrow this job and seek out better opportunities
