Great Staffing Agency - Computer Programmer Cinder Employee Review

Having never had a good experience working for a staffing agency, Cinder was a real surprise. The most you can usually hope for is that they stay out of the way, but Cinder actually has good benefits, a good culture and actively supports its employees. It probably helps that the group I'm assigned to is a great collection of coworkers. There's almost no differentiation between my Cinder coworkers and the client's own employees. They've turned what is essentially working for 2 companies at the same time into a win-win.
