Pay: make sure to be clear on your salary expectations, because they will try to give you the lowest pay possible. Organization: It's a fairly small and growing company. Sometimes processes for on-boarding are unclear, especially if you work primarily as a contractor with one of their customers. Culture: If you are contracting with one of their customers in the area, then you don't get the experience of being part of Cinder. You'd either have to be working on a team there or make the effort to go to all of their social events.

In regard to your comments on salary, there are multiple components that are part of a salary computation, including the employee’s stated expectations, the client’s budget and benefits.
