Pros
KIRK JAMES is amazing. Cool mix clients. Mostly relaxed environment and work week (overtime is rare). Overlap of disciplines can be super cool.
Cons
No HR=no attention on well being. Haven't seen true development roadmaps for anyone. Knowledge is power - so people hoard it. Often leadership spends their time "in the trenches", vs delegating and giving space for growth. Projects quickly become production. No investment in technology=hardware that handicaps productivity. The work tends to be safe and clean - not much unexpected or provocative.
