      Pros

      Good people, interesting work, focused on improving the processes, good beneits

      Cons

      Entry salaries are decent but definitely middle and upper level salaries are lacking. Work environment can be a little depressing sometimes. Can be very bureaucratic but I believe this is the case in most larger city governments.

      Great benefits, nice to witness improvements to the City from the inside, supportive supervisors, great coworkers

      Cons

      Wish we had more remote work opportunities during the winter with the downtown streets becoming very difficult to safely navigate after heavy snowfall.
